Crosslinking agent are applied in conjunction with dispersions or fluorocarbon resin emulsions. Crosslinking Agent enable better adhesion between the finish or coating and the substrate. In addition, the wash resistance of finishes and coatings with dispersions or fluorocarbon resin is significantly increased.
